The best way to experience the Serengeti Safari, is to stay in one of the mobile migration camp. Having a bit of luck, as the herds are moving around at Olakira is a luxury camp. With amazing positioning either in the North (June to October), or the South (December to March). This camp offers great views, excellent food, and a special night section in the luxury tent.

ITINERARY

Welcome to Tanzania! A representative from Wild Excursions & Safaris will meet you at Kilimanjaro International Airport.

Enjoy the sights and sounds of the bustling city of Arusha during your transfer to the sophisticated Villa Maua.

Just a stone’s throw from the ‘centre of Africa’ – being halfway between Cairo and Cape Town – Arusha’s Villa Maua (House of Flowers) could not be more ‘central’ than its prime location in the safari capital of Northern Tanzania.

After a delicious breakfast at Villa Maua. You’ll be whisked away to Arusha airport. Here a connecting flight will take you to the world famous Serengeti National Park. The next leg of your exciting adventure begins after your guide picks you up for game drive.

See the Big Five up close, as well as cheetah, hyena, black and white rhino as well as wild dogs.

If you’d like, see the Serengeti from the vantage point of a hot air balloon. This thrilling activity is available at an additional cost. The option of visiting a local Tanzanian community is also available to you.
